Power Specialists Assoc., Inc. (PSA) is a growing, Connecticut-based engineering firm based in the Pulp & Paper, Utility, Co-Generation, Resource Recovery, and Power Generation markets.  PSA engineers perform condition assessments of large industrial boilers and steam generating equipment in power plant systems through nondestructive testing and visual inspection.  PSA provides a wide range of additional services, including training, operational troubleshooting and tuning, water systems consulting, and process system audits.

For 25 years PSA has maintained an excellent reputation in the industry for quality service in the areas of high pressure boiler inspections, combustion system troubleshooting and tuning, nondestructive testing, training, and consulting.

These positions can be physically demanding and require good oral and written communications skills.  Applicants should have a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently without close supervision. Advancement is possible for those with proven aptitude and leadership skills. Substantial nationwide travel (by auto or air, expenses paid) is required for all positions.  Applicants must be willing to relocate to the northern Connecticut / Western Massachusetts area.
